Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Ouronlinedivision.com It is highly recommended that before you make your purchase, you thoroughly review the sizing information provided throughout the site, so that your potential need to return an item is significantly reduced.

If however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you’ve received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you’ve
  • received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns for Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
  • payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s
  • policies.

Returns for Exchange

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement item to be sent to you based on the availability of the item you have chosen as a replacement.
  • If the replacement item you have chosen is in stock, we will ship you the replacement within 3 days of return approval. If the replacement item you have chosen is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and enquire as to whether you wish to wait for stock to be replenished or if you would like an immediate refund instead of a replacement item.
  • If you elect to receive a refund instead of a replacement item, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you elect to receive a replacement item, we will ship to you via US Postal Service at no charge.
  • Replacement product shipments shipped via UPS are subject to a $3 surcharge.
  • If you elect to receive a refund versus a replacement item, the cost of the original shipment to you, to a maximum of $6 will be deducted from your refund.
